By using NightLight: Safer Walking Home (“App”), you agree to these Terms.
If you begin a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription (currently £1.99/month) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device’s Account Settings.
NightLight offers a monthly auto-renewing subscription (currently £1.99/month) processed securely by your device’s app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Payment is processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Account Settings.
NightLight aims to surface well-lit streets, but conditions can change and data may be incomplete. Always use your own judgment and follow local guidance. We are not responsible for incidents arising from route choices.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt services, or reverse engineer our code or APIs.
The NightLight app, its name, design, code, and all related materials are owned by Thomas Anderson. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability where unlawful to do so.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
